The Save The Date Videography Package is a great way to alert the world about your upcoming wedding day!  It's a popular trend and a great way to enhance your overall wedding videography package!

Cancellation Policy

This contract constitutes an order for video production services and additional copies made on DVD, Blu-ray, or other specified media. Upon execution of this contract and receipt of the reservation fee, or 50% of the overall agreed upon cost to provide service, SVS will reserve the time and date agreed upon. The Client agrees to the possible use of sub-contractors to execute the fulfillment of the contracted services. If the payments are not received at SVS by the dates specified, SVS may cancel the reservation without further notification to The Client (verbal or otherwise). The reservation fee, payment schedule, times, dates, locations, and other important information are specified at the bottom of this contract. CANCELLATIONS: There shall be NO refund of retainer deposit after 48 hours from the signing of the agreement due to the reservation of the event date. SVS will make reasonable effort to work with The Client should changes arise. If the event is rescheduled, and if SVS is available, SVS will shoot the new date at the current rates in effect at the time of the change. If the event is cancelled within three months of the date, SVS is not obligated to refund any payments made, due to the high probability that we will no longer be able to book that date. Should SVS also fail to receive scheduled payments timely, all payments will be forfeited, and SVS will be under no further obligation in any way to The Client. SVS must be notified by email or in writing of any changes pertaining to the event for documentation purposes.
