Special Event Package $300
- Package applies to Family Reunions, Parties, Fraternity/Sorority Functions, Anniversaries
- 1 camera coverage
- Up to 3 hours of event coverage (edited down to 1 to 1 1/2 hours)
- 2 VHS tapes or 1 DVD (additional VHS $20 each Additional DVD $35)
- Require $100 down to hold the date of the event with the remaining balance due at the time the finished tapes are delivered. (nonrefundable)
Activity Package $250
- Package applies to Church Programs, School Programs, Sports Events, Dance/Music Recitals, Graduations, Proms, and Theatrical Plays
- 1 Camera Coverage
- Up to 2 hours of event coverage (editing time dependent on venue)
- 2 VHS tapes or 1 DVD (additional VHS $20 each Additional DVD $35)
- Require $100 down to hold the date of the program with the remaining balance due at the time the finished tapes are delivered. (nonrefundable)
Attorney / Corporate Package $400
- Up to 3 hours of coverage (edited down to 1 to 1 1/2 hours)
- 2 VHS tapes or 1 DVD (additional VHS $25 each additional DVD $35 each)
- Require $100 down to hold the date of the event with the remaining balance due at the time the finished tapes are delivered. (nonrefundable)
Client Footage Editing Package (hourly basis)
- $100 per hour (client’s media must be recorded in VHS, DVD, Video 8, HI-8, Mini DV, or Digital 8)
- Includes 1 VHS tape or 1 DVD (additional VHS $25 each, additional DVD $35 each)
- Require $100 down prior to production with the remaining balance due at the time the finished tapes are delivered. (nonrefundable)

- All additional footage beyond specified hours is billed at $100 per hour (applies to all events listed)
- All events over 50 miles away, excluding weddings, are billed an additional $50
- TAMU and SHSU discounts apply to wedding packages ONLY (current college ID required)
